The void rift was the personal shadowy dimension belonging to Darkness, only accessible by him. However, he was able to teleport others back and forth into it, by letting his living shadows engulf their entire bodies. It is unknown what happened to the dimension after Darkness' death.
Only Cadaos, Razet and Darkness himself had witnessed the place.
